What is the best thing for cross training?

Hey whats up guys. Kinda new to the stunt life. Been riding a 2006 r6s for a while pretty good bike, except for the tank.
Well what i was wondering was if riding trials on a Gas Gas 280cc would be very helpful to improving my technical skills. have a friend that is selling one for $3000. Pretty much have the basics down. Any good ideas guys for getting better with some tech? Should i look into it?

I think it would help because it light and easy to throw around but I think you just get a stunt bike and set it up and learn on it.

Both you guys are crazy!!!! I think a trials bike could and would help alot learning everything from balance, throttle and clutch control.

**** yeah! they probably would help. just dont expect to jump off the trials and know how to do circles on a stunt bike right away

TEACH C6 will become famous soon enough
Re: What is the best thing for cross training?

trials bikes are harder than you think....lots of torque, sensitive brakes, and very light....GREAT learning tool though. i got one, colton's got one, pfeiffer clearly has many...

for that money though, i'd buy a streetbike. trials bike is a luxery, street bike is a necessity

Exactly!! I rode Coltons trails bike at Stuntfest in 07. Though it would be a wheelie machine, negetive! That lil bastard is tricky. but it is fun to ride and play with. Wish I had one

trials is where techincal riding began, it would be a great idea and it looks fun as hell.
