Re: Dirtbike pegs??

dont know of alot of people with that mod. if you think about it hardly anybody does wheelies anymore these days where both feet are on the front pegs, unless sitting down, which the weight is not totally on the pegs its on the seat. a staggered or foot in the bar or foot in seat only puts a little weight on the front peg, most is on the rear peg, 12 bar or seat. and a 2 footed front peg standup wheelie at balance point is extremely uncomfortable. its only ok to do if your not at balance point going 60 mph, otherwise that **** sux. just leave your front pegs alone and get a subcage or beef up the subframe and put some strong pegs there. cut down the stock front pegs if your worried about them hitting the ground and snapping the tabs of the frame.

Re: Dirtbike pegs??

The ESD pegs kick ***, got a set on my hohey rearsets and a pair on the OMR subcage. Like said cut down the fronts so they don't hit when the bike is on it's side.
In wheelies for dummies Matt Gorka had them on the bike in the video, even so the rearset bracket if stock is the weakest part.

Re: Dirtbike pegs??

I like the DB pegs. I will check out those 50 pegs, and see what I can come up with.
