well yeah you definitely gotta overcome fear to do wheelies on a 400 lb motorcycle, but the fear exists to keep you from killing yourself, your mind says "dont do it!" a rule of thumb is to not go beyond your limits, but then how would you progress?
:just go a hair beyond your limits, a little bit at a time, and practice till your clutch finger is raw

I weigh just as much as you. It balances more as you slow it down.

Re: Adding wieght for lightwieghts

Think this way... if you crash your bike you will get two things out of this... A nice stunt bike... and the knowledge of knowing how far back balance point begins and ends and if you still want some weight im sure i can throw a fe LB's at yah

Re: Adding wieght for lightwieghts

you look just fine to me....when you get to that spot where the bike "sits back" on your swingarm and you feel it start to come back really quick is right where you want to be......just apply some brake then start laying off throttle and brake till it just sits there with little brake inputs.......its gonna take alot of time and practice but really its just getting used to that feeling.

"oh ****" is exactly where you want to be.

Re: Adding wieght for lightwieghts

3 Things.

1.) It looks like you only have frame sliders, Is thats correct?? I would invest in a cage before anything.

2.) Stop Skiing, Put your left foot on the rear passenger peg instead of your rearset.

3.) When riding in a lot thats wet and has puddles all over and it hapens to be winter where your at watch out for black ice.

If all else fails add weight there are plenty of good suggestions in this thread.

Aw I didn't mean it like that. I'm just trying to motivate him. Believe me...If I can do it, anybody can. You just need the right motivation. It takes so much practice to get anywhere with your riding. People come up with excuses and quit. Weight is not a factor. Don't give up
