Re: Full Throttle Universal

You talking about the fork mounted 1 with the cable? If so 1st-decide where/how you're going to run the lines. 2- find a short peice of hose that that fit in end of the line(where the banjo bolt goes) to seal it when you route it,remove the stock brake linecompletely, hook up shortest line to the foot master, pinch the open end and pump it full of fluild holding it high, when full slip the small hose in the hole to seal it,route it to the F.T. master. 3-Attach it to the lower hole, make sure to keep resivoir full, cover the top hole with your finger and pump out all the air w/foot brake, now attach longer brake line pinch opening hold it high and pump out air when it squirts fluid past your fingers plug it and route it to the caliper, pump a little incase some air got in then hook it up to the caliper, pump the pedal to get some pressure then bleed the caliper. Probally won't be too solid at first, ride it do some wheelies, then bleed at the F.T. master(it will be the highest point in the system and air rises) like normal and caliper again until no more bubbles.
Pm me if any ???s.
This is my 2nd HB, 1st being the GP tech, junk. Getting mine bleed took some time. The original cables would pull apart. The motion pro cable now used with it hasn't been a problem. I like it so far and haven't had any other problems. I didn't like the AVS lever, had a lot of play to it so I used my stock clutch lever, and it pretty nice now.
I have never had the opportunity to try any other setups so not much for me to compare it to.
