Anybody have any suggestions?

I'm wanting to get rid of my truck and pick up a cargo van or something and install something like this:

It needs to be big enough to haul 2 bikes somewhat comfortably.

I've been looking at some vans, and there appears to be a million different varieties of them, so I was wondering if anyone here had any input?

we have a customer with one of the larger sprinter type vans and you could fit a few bikes and plenty of people in one, also heard it gets pretty good mileage

I don't want anything too big, I don't need to haul an army of bikes, just two.

I am leaning towards one of the Express vans:

Ive fit a 400ex and a 50 side by side. along with 2 fiddys front tire to rear tire going across the front and same in back. if thats what you mean by experience?

my boy just got a bread truck, the whole thing is aluminum and runs on propane.... but could easily fit 3 bikes in it.

That should work fine, the only thing will be the short headroom. You should be able to fit two bikes in the back but won't have room to manuver around them. Look under username boxvan and he has one just like that and I believe hauled around 2 bikes.

those are pimp and there are a bunch of stunters with those. E-dub from OM has a 150 class van and he fits 2 bikes and tools in there no problem.

We've borrowed a sponsors E150 before and fit 2 bikes and 2 50's plus a cooler and 2 suit cases.

I kinda wanna get rid of my f350 and get a E250 diesel and throw some 20's on it. Seen a couple like that and they look pimp. You also don't have to worry about people climbing in the back of your truck and stealing **** out off your bike or it getting rained on or unloading it everyday.

oh, and theyre pretty much just like looking at trucks. they got extended and normal size. i believe the motors are the same as the trucks as well.

if you get the extended you'll be better off.

just get a chevy astro! i always wanted one of those. instead i got a 69 f100 with headers and rear view mirror dice! for 400 bucks. i hate when my **** gets wet. specially if i got the tank off it or something and i need to work on it.

I got rid of my E350 a while back. and Ive gotten 2 gix 600's in it, and a 636, 2 in back one up front.

Cooler, tools, and a place to put our gear... best part is the lift on those things.. Dont even gotta break a sweat

I have a e150 conv van I bought to haul my bikes. I can fit one in it with the capt. chairs still in. I put the bike between them. I can put two in comfy with the capt chairs removed. My old 300ex would fit in their with the capt. chairs still in and the back doors still shut. (5.0v8) I get around 17-19 mpg hauling two bikes the gear, 2-3 people and all the **** stays dry.
