Just wanted to put a thanks out there to HAI ( http://www.haibikeshop.com/ ) I ordered some stuff from them ( first time ordering from them ) this last week on like thurs or friday and already got my stuff today. Im all the way in southeast new mexico also!

Its always strange to me how people "thanks" a company for doing business the way a normal business is supposed to be run anyway.

Just goes to show you how shitty the business's in the stunt industry are as a whole.

 

ordered almost every part from them. great service. only thing i have had a problem with is my handbrake kit. but its not really their fault. HAI

 

tell me about it... Emailed them 5 weeks ago and still no answer, wanted to order everything from them (like 800$ worth of parts), and no answer. today I finally decided to order it anyway and ran into one problem

I've been contacting you for like 5+weeks and no answer

So I got pissed and ordered my parts directly from HoHey & SI.
Now I need to find where to order Vortex clip-ons from and Moose E-Z clutch

don't get me wrong, I still thing HAI is the best shop to order from if you live in USA or some "normal" country in Europe, but at least they could answer the E-mail and tell you what's about it.

 

There is a big difference in emailing them asking questions about parts and shipping, and actually ordering something from them... They probably get a hundred emails a day from squids wanting to know if the sprockets help them make wheelies like a pro.... I used to own a performance shop and can tell you that its good to see people that get **** done.

 

im not gonna talk about the problem I had cos you guys wont believe it and I have too much respect for HAIs work, i just hope all those problems we had are already fixed.... and i also hope my order is on its way DEFINITELY

 

just noticing that the only ppl that have posted that have had problems are from across the pond

 

yeah hai is a great store. its a shame though that they dont get enough walkins for it to be practical to have a much bigger store with a much bigger inventory. because i for sure would be walking in there all the time. mark knows what parts are needed and always has them instock anytime i went. if you need something rarely can you walk into a place and they have what you need instock. "we'd have to order it for you" great but i'm tryin to ride TODAY. not a week from now. criminole powersports is right by my house and they have all that square footage but not a ******* clue what to do with it. nothing but overpriced bikes, and robocop boots and jackets for people who ride touring bikes, and stupid flush mount turn signals and fender eliminator kits that nobody wants. they actually love to order **** for you that way they can nail you with a "20% restocking fee" when they get it wrong. mark actually orders **** the right way and even went out of his way to make sure i get a special anodized coating on my sprocket.

 

+1 everything ive ever ordered anything they have great knowlege of parts and bikes and i always recieve my order fast

Hell I wish they still had a store, it was always a blast going in there fing with T-ice any Tony... Good guys I would never say a bad thing about them..

 

Well I ordered some stuff from them on March 7th, and I haven't got anything yet. This my first time ordering from them also, might be the last.
