Re: honda xr 80

i tryed stunting a 1995. they are to low for wheelies to heavy for wheelies and the rake is way to long for stoppies. my 2001 xr100 is 1000 times better. when you rev the 80 up and dump the clutch the tire just spins no matter what your on pavement anything. the xr100 i can clutch it up on snow with my new noobies. but i have no idea about the older ones. but you can really stunt anything. but for the same practice time on a 100 you can be doing a lot more

Re: honda xr 80

oh sweet, one type of stunting I can actually give some insight on... 2000 XR80: Totally wheelieable. you gotta rev it to hell, clutch out, and lean back all in one motion, but it'll come up. Stoppies seemed impossible; just throw all of your weight over the front while braking and either it won't come up or it will flip right over. It didn't really have brakes in the traditional sense of the word
