F4i radiator, coolant air bleeding problem
what up guys, i'm having a little issue here with my F4i.
just did a routine check to see if there was enough coolant in my radiator and saw that it was a bit short on coolant... so i started the bike up, let it idle for about 2 min, give it a little gas etc to bleed the air from the system. but normally when you do this you should see the coolant flow at the filling cap, like its moving or something, lol.
my coolant didnt flow like it should in fact the level of coolant raised very slow and was about to run out of the top of the radiator
i was wondering if anyone knows what's up with this? maybe a bad waterpump or something??
thanks in advance Kristoff

Re: F4i radiator, coolant air bleeding problem
Thermostat wasn't open yet so it wasn't flowing through fast enough and when you gas it it clears whats in the pump and the radiator fills because it has nowhere to go that fast.

just feel the return hose, if its hot or getting warmer, your thermostat is open, usually takes 5 min or more. to get the air bubbles out, snap the throttle numerous times with the cap off. hope that helps
