F4i Tip/Fall sensor

Ok so I removed the sensor and wired up the bike so that it thinks the bike is always at "riding position". Now im thinking to my self... is that such a good idea? If i drop it or lose it skitching dont I kind of want it to turn off?! What are your thoughts?

Re: F4i Tip/Fall sensor

when the bike falls u go and pick it up,

dont let it run on its side for too long...

also doing the clean air mod is a good idea.

reasearch it on here, it will show you what to do.

doing the tip over sensor mod is a must!

Did the clean air mod actually help? I saw the post but I dont
see how it would make a difference.

Removing the tip over sensor is a MUST. Not just a good idea but a MUST. No need to ask any further. The clean air mod is also a MUST, even more important then removing the tip sensor. It prevents your motor from hydro locking and therefore blowing a rod through the side of the crank case.

You don't need to question this any further. Just read the existing threads on these topics, the pics For the clean air mod clearly explain how it's done.

JUST DO IT!

Ok, got it done, but what do you do with the valve that you removed hose 1&2 from ? leave them open? remove the valve?

You can leave it or remove it, doesn't matter.
