Left Hand...
How do you guys position your Clutch/rear brake hands??

one finger on each lever?

Clutch up, then just use the handbrake, not covering the clutch once your up?

Something else?

two finger. first finger on clutch middle on brake.

yep, index on clutch middle on HB always.
