You can sink the forks in the tripples enough to clear the clamps.

It will actually help with endos and go ahead and raise the rear shock to match. This will help you have a wider balance point for endos and for wheelies :2CENTS

Did it to all my F4i's

My pms are almost full.

I just raised the rear by tightening the spring all the way. I also unbolted the top mount of the shock that goes through the frame and stacked washers on it then out it back on and tightned it back up. It wont give you but about 1/2" there but by the time you get to the rear in hight it makes a noticeale dfference.

I alway put my fork caps flush with the triple.

It will still handle good if you do the front and the back. I wouldn't do one without the other.

I see, thanks for the info. Also, I wanted to ask you, how do you keep your front suspension? tight? soft? mid? Thanks again

Do you have a hand brake on there? I only see one lever on the left side?

And you kept all your controls? Do most people just take them off or what? and what risers did you use?

I did keep all the controls on that one... they fit on there
I'm building a 01 929 right now with Pro tapers and not using the
controls...

I can't remember what risers I used on that one, But I am
using pro tapers on a RC51 Top triple for this build...

More pics to come...
