heres the part number for the bolt..............
BLT,BTTN HD

i called yamaha up and they said its a 6mm bolt X (he thinks its .75) and 16mm long
hope this helps.

Check out the pictures-

Hole in the subframe is .255

Allen head bolt is - Overall Length .784, Under the head .625, remove with 4mm and the head diameter is .4 around

The acorn nut is .450 tall outside diameter is .625 , takes a 10mm

There is a metal bushing the going inbetween the subframe and acorn nut to keep it frame smashing the plastic tray, I dropped it getting it out and cant find it now, **** you for that.

here are the pictures:

Re: R6 Battery Tray???????????

When you make these subframes please use a flat bar underneath the battery tray, cause the r6 plastic battery tray tabs break. And i mean all of them do!!!!
