like i said thats FI not stuntlife! cant get mad at shuggs because u cant get them on time from FI. thats a maunfacturers delay. do u see how no one complains about takin forever with a vid or sumthin else. its the cages mostly. they get shipped directly from FI not stuntlife even if u do order them here!

Oh and don't forget to add in and let everyone know that you RETURNED something because you didn't like the way it fit on your bike. What did Shugg say, no problem send it back and we will refund your money. Try returning a damper you already used to a normal bike shop....... 07/17/2003 a credit of $180.00, which is what you paid for the damper, was issued to your visa ending in 7311 was processed.....

As for Cages and Extended sliders..... WE DO NOT STOCK FREESTYLE INGENUITY STUFF, all of your orders are sent straight to Texas to Tim, so complain to him about why your order is not there.(There was a week when we were changing servers when FI stuff was not getting processed due to e-mail down issues)

There are two people at StuntLife, Shugg and myself that mail all your orders, most places, when you order anything on-line, can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to ship, we try and get them out same day or that week depending on if the part you ordered is in stock, or needs to be ordered and there is nothing we can do about back orders with the . Now to most of you that order you probably don't care why and how, but we aren't making any money off of the stuff that we sell to you and if we do its so minimal that most of that profit goes to pay for this board and its 7,000+ users who post pictures and use bandwidth. (DISCLAIMER-please note that I am not complaining just really hurt by your responses as I put in almost 16 hour days, 9 at my normal job and then another 7 here at stuntlife for the remainder, and I don't get paid to do this)

So now that I have that off my chest, and are personally offeneded for all the hard work and little extras I put into everyones orders, if you have not gotten your order, PLEASE send me a PM with your first and last name, as of tonight I have gone through 95% of all the orders and they have shipped with the exception of FI stuff.

Sorry I have had so much to do the past few weeks that Im a bit behind on reply to emails, PMs and voicemails....

Don't think that I don't understand the time you all put into this business. BUT, it should not take 2 weeks and a few phones calls to get the order confirmation emailed to Tim, especially when stuntlife received the money within 24 hours of the order. I am pissed because of the above mentioned and no other reason.
The price of the cages where no less or more then if I would have ordered for Tim directly, so don't tell me I am getting a deal on parts and it is worth waiting for.
James is taking care of the problem with F.I. with Tim.
I don't see an apology or reason for the problems with our order just excuses.
I hope you two get things straightened out with everyone because it doesn't seem like the stuntlife store is getting good responses on this thread.

Bitches, why does everyone complain all the time? They are unhappy with themselves so they take it out on everyone else? Try to publicly humiliate them and take business away from them on their own site??? If you do not like the service or website go somewhere else.

I have ordered a few items from stuntlife and they went through with no problem. I was more then happy to do business with Shugga and Babee and plan to purchase from them in the future. Thanks for the product and thanks for the website.

i ordered some shizle from the stuntlife store & was happy with it. got a street tire for my fiddy for only 7 bucks and a front fender for my fiddy which I broke off. It was shipped out w/ some free stuntlife stickers. The tire was back ordered or somethin' so it took a little longer, but shuggs emailed me bout it so i knew what was up.

I don't think people are bitching for no reason. If he took every step to find out what the problem was, and then posted about it, cool. But not before. I, myself, am having some issues, but I PM Shugga/Snakes/Babee to see what's up.

back in january, i ordered a F.I. Cage directly from Tim Barnes. Damn nice guy. But, it did take a few weeks to get the cage. He kept in contact the entire time. So it might be just that F.I. is backed up in drop shipping the cages.

everytime i ordered stuff it came on time or i was told what was goin on. its hard to run a shop that doesnt run itself. shuggs out there hustlin and needs some credit for puttin in crazy amounts of time. DONT RIP STUNTLIFE ON STUNTLIFE U FUKIN JACKASSES!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! You are correct! I sometimes expect instant gratification, sorry. I did return the item because I did not like how it fit. A damper that hangs over the fairing like a Daytona does on the ZX6R is bound to get broken fast! I put the damper on and took it right off. There is more to the story although it's not important now and will not make anything better.

The fact that is has taken over a month to get a reply is crap! A simple email giving any type of acknowledgment would have been good enough for me an kept my cool. I have known people in my line of work who have been told to take a F****** hike for less when it came to working with customers.

I support StuntLife and know how hard it is to run a business. People on the outside will never know or understand how much work goes into it unless they do it themselves. I'm great full to have StuntLife and so is the stunt community. I know your hard work is going to pay off!

I'm going to say one more thing and I'm done. My customers have taught me a lot over the years, from day one. If it wouldn't have been for the sour lessons learned from a few. I would have probably closed the business or they all would have left me or worse.

Well I could tell you something also, since you are not directly involved with any of these situations you could keep your snide comments to yourself
We ordered the cages through Stuntlife thinking they were in stock through stuntlife because we enjoy this site and we wanted to help out with an order. There has has not been just one mistake with this order. And seriously if it was just one, we wouldnt have been worried about it.
