i put my bike on the 12 bar.... then back up my truck as close as i can and have me and 3 other guys lift it into the truck!! easy as pie!!!

unloading is a little harder

i have a regular half fold ramp that i use and a step that i welded up to step pn and walk the bike into the truck works great

With some practice...

This works on a dirtbike but might not work so well with a sportbike. Lol

I do the same but ride it up to the truck then lift it by myself under the 12 bar. Unload is easy too pull it back, hold the 12 bar, set the rear down once it clears, then let the front just drop off. Pain in the *** but i dont have money for a ramp or friends to help me where im at.
