i put my bike on the 12 bar.... then back up my truck as close as i can and have me and 3 other guys lift it into the truck!! easy as pie!!!

sweet great thing is you can fold them in half and put them in the truck so u don't lose them.
if i remember right they are like 6ft or something like that. maybe a lil longer.

I do the same but ride it up to the truck then lift it by myself under the 12 bar. Unload is easy too pull it back, hold the 12 bar, set the rear down once it clears, then let the front just drop off. Pain in the *** but i dont have money for a ramp or friends to help me where im at.
