dirt bike stuff

why do a lot of stunters were dirt bike gloves or use dirt bike helmets? is their any benefits?

i am not sure about others but before they had good street stunt gloves like the icon twenty niners all the gloves were pretty rigid so going to a dirt bike glove made it easier to move your hand that's just my and helmets i am not sure

dirt gloves have a thin swede palm that grips good and gives good feel and i wear a dirt helmet because it's lighter cooler and has better peripheral vision than a street helmet and most dirt helmets allow you to take the padding out for washing ..
