Anyone heard on these?

Found this master cyclinder on ebay, cant find **** about it on the web.

Braking is a decent company, but ive never heard any reviews about their master cylinders. Until now I didnt even know they made masters. It says "19" which im guessing means a 19mm cylinder bore. Thats fine for front brakes, but way too big for a rear brake.
