CBR 1000rr Idle mod?

Does anyone know if you can do an idle mod to a cbr 1000? The stock idle adjustment is way to choppy when I turn it up.

I put it up to about 2500 it just doesnt pull strong though. Havent tried to rock any real slow wheelies yet I wanted to see if I can mod the idle first.

dude theres not a damn thing wrong with the 1000rr idle. And if ur sayn u havent rocked any slow stuff yet then why are u even mentioning the idle? The idle is irrelevant unless ur rocking slow wheelies.
but hey whatever u say pro!

no i dont have a 1000rr now. but i've had 3 since 04. and dont u think there a reason no one has responded to ur inquiry about the idle on that bike? Its because everyone knows that the bike doesnt have a problem with the idle.

you said you havent done any slow stuff on the 1000rr. and im telling u the problem isnt the idle, its the rider! and dont "kid" me. Im older than u kid!

now if u wanted advice on setting the bike up, i would tell you to replace the stock rear sprocket with a stock sprocket from a 600rr and go down 1 in the front. the bike has alot of weight to the front, so unless u get it all the way up right away, ur gonna have trouble. the sprocket changes will help get it up with less effort, but if ur not smooth with ur throttle hand, ur gonna have more problems keeping it steady up there with the new setup.

thanks for finally trying to give some advice but im not looking to change the sprockets. The idle not being strong has nothing to do with the rider. I'm sure I can do slow wheelies on my 1000 I just want to see if the idle mod can be done like on an f4i before I do. Dont try to talk **** just answer my question. Dont worry about how good I am just let me know if an idle mod can be done to this bike.
