crazy larry's

I have no issue doing rolling burnouts, rolling burnout o's and some drifiting. im having alot of issue with starting the crazy larry's once i finally get it going im okay but im having problem starting them. any advice or what you guys do to start them?

Ya, I'm at the same place. Do you need to drag the front brakes as you do with burnout O's or just throttle?

You lock up the rear brake to get it started, then all gas.

a smooth transition from brake slide too throttle . breaking traction. and stay in it.. when in doubt throttle out.. as many would say..but practice always makes perfect .. **** im still pickin my bike up from slide outs.. but thats how u learn ..

i used to do them by doing regular stand-up donuts then once i get them going fast i sit down drop my leg and bang that bitch off the limiter.

thats pretty much how i do them now. but it looks dumb i want that clean look and i want to be able to tear up some intersections

its harder than i thought it would be.. now i'm giving them more gas trying to get them to come around faster.. going to the right feels un natural 2 me.

why are donuts called crazy larrys though

i kinda did them when i first started. *** end whipped around faster then the front and threw my fat *** off the bike . landed on the same ******* elbow i landed on the day before. i felt that the rest of the day

i think there called crazy larry's cuz there always to the left? im not sure i know at comps and stuff there called that. bill knight of xfr use to do them on his gixxer and id get dizzy watching.
