F4i Under Bike Exhaust (or any other bike)

Was thinkin what would be the best way to mount this up. Would the way I have it in the pic effect the tire any ya think? Should it be cocked outward? Anyone have theirs mounted like this that can give me any insight? I like the way it is in the pic but dont want it to mess with the tire

mine is twisted flat , so the tip points away from the tire ... plus more ground clearance

+1 flat is the way to go, youll be punching yourself in the face if you mount it the other way and tear it off during a ride.
