hey its worth a shot...........
if you want, pm me your email address and i can email you 4 different Liability Release Forms (word documents). i didn't write them myself (got them from forums and other people). choose one to use or show them all to the business and let them choose.
this will help your chances if they think they legaly safe.
also let them know you will be responsible and resectful on their property, praticing, doing slow tricks, you wont leave trash or marks on the ground, and if something ever does get messed up from you crashing that you will be responsible for it and take care of it.........ect.... tell them want they want to hear, make them feel like there makeing a good risk free decission.

had some cop roll up on us the other day telling us that if we dont have permission blah blah. i told him we been riding for about a year and a half and not on the streets. its way away from people and we dont bother anyone. i told him that i would be back tomorrow. if i ever get a ticket from riding in a parking lot that is away from everyone and ive been riding there for a while, i will go to court any day. i dont mind following rules and what not if an owner doesnt like us riding but when just random people call in cause they dont like what we are doing they can suck a big d***. i dont ever back down from my spots i ride when im not bother anyone. if you just lay down they will push you out of every spot.

F*** that, stunt in mexico, you can get away usually and the cops dont give a f*** when its somewhere private and away from neiborhoods. plus you can always pay the pigs down here!!!!

it pisses me off that they give us **** when we r not harming any one (but our selfs) and they **** with us and act like we are public enemy number one, when there are a **** load of bad things going on they wanna **** with us

. this sport (what ever u wanna call it) is growing alot (just in my area, it blew up) and the cops and people (********) start calling in and see more and more of this and we end up in their cross hairs. 
in other words in the summer if your not on a bike you can do what ever u want because the cops eyes are on us on 2 wheels
