I don't know about pulling it with a scooter but I was out at the mountain bike trails one day and a guy pulled up on a bmw 1200 GS adventure pulling a trials bike. He just used a tiny single rail aluminum trailer and it looked like it worked great.

 

well scooters all i can drive and with a big bore kit and a pipe it will do 80 KPH with 2 people on it and thats about the same as with the bike behind

um anyone know about safety inspection for a trailer? it may be different here in canada so anyone from canada know this?
