Anyone tried stunting the SV650's?
Just curious if many people out there have tried stunting these? How good the are for the slow , lot stunting? Just curious because I found an SV650 on craigslist at a reasonable price. Considering picking it up.

They are a V-twin so they suffer from oil loss to the front cylinder..
It's only a matter of time before you blow one up
I'd recommend ANY 4 cylinder forward slanted motor over a v-twin for stunting, unless you want to risk blowing a motor
but if your doing it to be cheap, look for a 600 instead

Well im not sure if towlieee has stunted one or had a friend who stunts one.
Cause my mate Lee Freestyle has stunted his for 2 years without any motor problems.
2 mile wheelies on the highway, no probs, he did overfill the oil tho (need to on every stuntbike really)
the frame cracked once but he got it welded up and its been mint ever since.
If you can pick one up cheap go for it, alot of people on here will hear one bad thing about a bike and jump on the bandwagon
drop him an e-mail if youd like and ask him about any questions about the SV's!

Re: Anyone tried stunting the SV650's?
ive stunted my 02' sv650s since august w/o any problems
its great and has a lot of torque and i only have 1 tooth down in front from stock
i bought mine in mint condition w/ an aftermarket exhaust for 2600
just overfill the oil a little and your fine
i mean, if you do a million redline coasters in a row, an sv isnt for u

They will blow up no matter what you do. Just a matter of time.
