i have no idea what youre trying to say by that statement but ill tell you this, if youre not within 20 miles or so of I87..ur not upstate ny. **** im not even really upstate ny, this far up is considered the adirondacks or "the north country". rochester, utica, syracuse, buffalo etc. is west ny
