Deff call Ian at Si and see if he redesigned the 03-04 636 cage, suppose to be a bit beefier....

as far as the frame, this might help.... https://www.stuntlife.com/forums/2-s...=frame+support

i had the same crack as you have on the left side i was running a si cage that time i took the motor out and took the frame and got it welded just make sure its cleaned properly the other one looks plain nasty btw would it be cheaper to buy a blank frame.

Re: Weld a cracked frame?

yeh the motor mount has to be welded all around some people are fat and lazy and don't want to take the motor out if you don't you might as well use bubble gum or glue one crash after that and u will have to start again.

Re: Weld a cracked frame?

DAeeumn... that sucks. WAaay worse than my cracked frame! I think I will stop bitchin about mine now..

Prolly not, but it sounded good... LOL
Effin FI cages!!

Good luck fixin it man!
ON yours, I'd probably go with getting a new frame and beefing it up also. That one is pretty much toasted! If you do decide to weld it up, then I'd do what Roger said and tack it in place first so that the motor mounts line up since it's actually cracked and busted up that bad!

keep us posted on what you do and how it works out for ya...
