I forget which rider's runs, but I know Thomas called it that a couple times at least?? It was the one foot on the cage, bike goin in circles that he called a cocheese... I think someone did it with both feet on the bike, like Daniel Jacksofina and he even called it that.

I have ben smokin a turkey since 7PM for christmas dinner tomorrow... I had to make a makeshift smoke house tent around my smoker cuz it's blowing pretty good out and like 20 degrees outside!!! EPIC but it'll be worth it and oh so yummy!

And to dirty jeff's question about idle.. it depends on how fast you wanna go! you can't touch the brake when doin the cocheese zero's... I run a high idle so I actually have to turn mine down a little...

I never change my idle, it is higher then stock though but not by much, maybe 2k-2.5k rpm. Not sure where its at cause I dont run it with the gauge cluster.
