CRF450 Exhaust on F4i

I have a brand new CRF450 exhaust here. It's an FMF. Holding it up next to my F4i exhaust it seems to have the exact same bend and I think it'll work. Has anyone ever tried to mount one up? It's a quiet series FMF pipe and I'm thinking IF it'll mount up it might be real nice and give me some more back pressure.

Yes, I know I could just go try it out but I'm sitting here in my PJ's and figured I'd just throw it out there and see what y'all have tried.

I know Bill D runs a quad pipe or some **** on his R6 sometimes..

Re: CRF450 Exhaust on F4i

It's also longer than my cut down exhaust but mounts way lower so I could leave it the full length which would be sweet.

Re: CRF450 Exhaust on F4i

The only issue I see is that on a standard F4i pipe it slides OVER the header and gets clamped. The pipe on the 450 exhaust looks like the header would slide over it and then get clamped down.

Ya think do that or just slide the 450 exhaust in the header and clamp down on it?
