03 636 Fork Fluid ? And Rear Shock?

I got a 03 636 and bought the bike with blown fork seals. I got my new seals and dust shields but I also got a good deal on hyperpro springs so I am going to replace the springs. I got 15w belray fork oil but I didnt know how much each fork holds. Also I got a hyperpro rear spring for the shock but I didnt know how to get the old spring off. Thanks alot.
Nick

With the rear shock out of the bike, you have loosen the adjuster nuts enough so you can slide the spring up enough to pull out the plate that the spring sits on, then pull the spring off.

If it still has tension on the spring, you can try tightening the adjuster nuts as much as you can, then put a few big hose clamps or anything like that around as many coils as you can and tighten them up real good, then loosen the adjuster nuts all the way. It should give you some more slack.
