brembo squishy?

I just swapped off the R1 master and put on a new brembo 16/18 and it feels squishy is this normal ?. Havent took it out for a test run yet but i notesid that the R1 was rock hard compared to the brembo. Or is this the more feel that a 17 year old wiht his prom date that HAI talks about?Or is it that i didnt bleed it right

Didn't bleed it right there is prob still air in the lines

Just keep bleeding and be sure to squeeze that lever while getting the air out, have someone help you its easier

+1, compared to a r1 there pretty squishy, but it only takes a light squeze to lock the tire.

Re: brembo squishy?

my brembo is a lil squishy but it locks it right up i will say i have blead the **** out of it ova and ova again run new fluid through done everything and if i transition from a staggard to like a SS i have to pull it in like twice to get good pressure so im prolly gonna have to invest in the dual calliper unless anyone else has a second opinion....and dont say some **** like i dont know how to bleed brakes its not rocket science

you still got air in the lines

There is NO pump up between foot brake and hand brake on my bike, or my friends.. Gotta get ALL the air out..

You can bleed 500 gallons through a system, and not get all the air bubbles out.

You got to flip both masters around while your bleeding if you want every last bit of air out
