clutch hand position q

ok so i've decided to ditch my power wheelie ways for some clutchin. i went out earlier and was messin with it, definatly much more predictable although not as stable for now. but anyways i try to put one finger on the clutch but when i compress the handle i can't disengauge the clutch all the way, i rev it up a lil and im constantly creeping forward. i was wondering how everyone else positions their hands. thanks

Guess it kinda depends on the bike but I can usually do what you were talking about with one finger. Guess my clutch grips further out than yours does. I just use my index finger only on the clutch lever, rev it and pop the clutch. Dunno for sure what to tell you if that doesn't work.

I changed the ajustement on my clutch so that I don't have to bring it in as far . Its weird at first to get used of the friction point but you'll get used to it . No I can pull it in with one finger without any problems . Hopes this helps

use one finger and the faster you let the clutch out the harder it will try to engage.
