ok, so i get a new clutch lever at a dealership butit doesnt fit. i take it back with the reciet and bag the lever is in perfect condition 2 days later they wont atake it back b/c the bag was opended.
it was 8 bcuks, ididnt care but the attitude of the staff was teffibly sarcastic and smug.

 

THATS LIFE. they all got additudes at the dealerships....its like bitch im dropping like 400-500 bucks and you wanna try and be cute with me.

 

Yeah I'd be pissed off too. They should refund it no problem it is on;y 8 bucks but it's more like the principle of it.

yeah, my local dealer ordered the wrong part and tried to blame it on me and the old guy almost wanted to fight me, I told him I didnt want any problems but wasnt afraid of getting locked up just to **** him up his tone changed and he got me my part but thats the last time I've ever gone to any dealership since...

 

 

did you order the part yourself or give them the part number to order or did you tell them what bike you had and what it was for and they looked it up and ordered the wrong thing then wouldn't take it back? i used to run the parts department at a yamaha dealership and things happen thats one thing but since i dont anymore i have been to some shops and dealerships that just dont know what the **** they are talkin about and shouldn't even be runnig a motorsports dealership.

 

that sucks, same thing happened to me with brake pads but they took it back no prob just bug the **** outta them until they take it back
