I just started trying the same ****. What I did first was hit the 12 bar so I wasn't scared of bringing it all the way back. Once I got that down I started trying the *** drag. I always lean off the seat to the left a little not sure if that's right, but it felt more comfortable to me and it allows your foot to touch the ground better

I started to catch it the only thing I need to get is clutching it up constantly every time. Does anyone have tips on this? Should I just clutch it up hard everytime like I was going to go to the bar and just hit the brake to stop it from touching the bar.

*** drag is no good thats how i learned idle and now when i try to get sit down circles as it starts to fall in my instinc is to put my foot down its hard to get that **** out of ure head
