No it wasn't.
Bikers out of control is no laughing matter. Did you see that guy crash in the middle of the street. Why, if some old guy with very slow reflexes driving his suburban had been behind him, and was not paying attention, and was having a seizure at the same time, there's no way he would have been able to avoid hitting that bike and denting his bumper!

they just need to have a test with a bunch of cones at the dmv so you can get your wheelie permit. cuz if u are in control of the bike then how is that outta control? only inexperienced poppawheeliests are dangerous.
