Re: 2008 XDL series
yea.. the **** basically gives me chills when I watch it every time!
I love this sport and hobby...
I don't care about all the money I couldv'e saved not getting into it when I see people like Dan Jackson spending more on deisel fuel this year traveling to comps than most of us make PERIOD in six months!! And if youv'e ben around the US struggling in the economy this year.. it's more than some of us made ALL damn year!!!!!
That's dedication... everyone has came so far!!
Big ups to everyone involved in the organization, producing, and participation in what I feel is the BEST damn stuntriding competition series there is!!!
-hats off gentlemen...
lookin forward to 09 and maybe hitching a ride in the team XMX straggler mobile!LOL

Props to everyone involved with xdl. I only went to the new york stop but I had a blast watching it all go down.
Now this explains why luke duke never comes to ride with us central ct guys hes been driving all over the country. Everyone keep tearing it up
Anyone working on an Xdl 08 highlight video? I would buy it.

**** yeah Nick!
Props on that ****. It's a joy, and encouragement, to watch you ride. Glad i've had the pleasure of kicking it and learning from some of the best, like yourself.

Re: 2008 XDL series
It's over! That was one hell of a season and I'm happy we were able to make all the stops, healthy, and able to compete. Well, Ernie did take a digger in the start of the season, but came back to finish 4th in the series less 2 point stops! I think it's important to congratulate all the riders who ran the entire season and didn't get the mention they deserve. Dedication to this as a sport is just as important as being a top athlete. They support the series, the series does what it can to support us!
Aaron Twite
Luke Emmons
Rick Hart
JMO
Andy Niles
The hardest working man in US street freestyle is not from the US. Flying to and from Japan for each stop!
Shin Kinoshita
And my boys, the DEATH SQUAD
Ernie Vigil (E-Dub)
Lin Savage
And Shin
We're not even close to brining this sport to what it can be. I see a lot of progression on the hill and there is a serious wave many riders are on that will push the sport farther in 2009 that it did in 08. Proud to be part of it. Thanks to XDL for putting on a great series!!
Also, I want to say I'm impressed at how well everyone rode at Long Beach. If you've not been there to ride on the surface you would have no idea how slick, bumpy, slanted and far from perfect it is. Everyone really has stepped up!
