i'd be dissapointed
I thought the attendance was low too, but actually the was about the same as the 07 Finals in march from what I was told from some of the other XDL Staff.. It was mostly cuz it was broken up into two days and with more bleachers available looked like there wasn't a lot of people there..

Re: XDL 2008 Long Beach Finals

I didn't go Sunday, but I heard a grip of club riders went then.

2 days @ $20 per day = way too much.

$20 for Saturday to watch individual freestyle is fine.

I love stunting but $20 + gas to come watch freestyle burnout, sickest trick, and a quad demo? Really?

Also, I'm sure the 2 day thing confused clueless club riders. Thomas you know those fools only ride 2 days a week (bikenight + saturday/sunday), plan around it

Think about the demographic of club riders.

Now think about what you just said

BTW: Nice run man!

You forgot team battle and the Aprilla challenge.. Team Battle and Freestyle burnout is more entertaining than watching ind freestyle runs for the general spectator..

And it's all about hanging out with your fellow stunt brothers that you don't see or ride with often especially being the final event of the season.

Obviously my opinion isn't right or wrong, I just figured I'd throw it out there after hearing similar sentiments from other people.

Never going to please everybody. No matter how it's done someone is always going to bitch.

I have my own bitches or opinions, but there's so much more positive than negitive for this event and the entire season, it's not even worth saying something. Though this is stuntlife, and that's what it for I forgot..
