i just talked to gary and he rode someones f4i last night at the lot and a cop showed up and he almost got the $1000 wheelie ticket but got off with a careless. This was also a lot with permission to ride at. The cop said he did not care the lot is not fenced off so here is your ticket.

i guess the lots are not safe. **** it i am running from every cop now in the lot or on the streets

the lots are safe if you know better!!!!!!!!!!
lots are private property...unless the lot owner calls and makes a writen complaint the cop has no right to give you a ticket..its not state property or a public road way so your bike doesnt have to be legal at all...he just gives you the tickets in the hopes that you wont know any better and just pay up...if you fight it there's a 95% chance that if there no formal/writen complaint from the property owner it will get thrown out

To make it legal in the lot you must have the entrance taped or coned off. If the public has access to the lot then you can be ticketed with wreckless driving.
All it takes is a couple cones and a roll of caution tape and your good, as long as you have permission.

that only applies durring buisness hours...after hours the lots are closed because they are privite property...they could give a tresspassing ticket..but that would also get thrown out without a formal complaint from the owner..........

wow i wouldnt even wanna ride in florida now with that much **** going on. cops suck but they come and watch us at our spot. they love it.
