I'm not sellin "clutch it up" as a brand or anything, I just put that phrase on a hat. If thats trademarked my bad, but I don't believe it is, I looked around on the internet and couldn't find a brand or anything so I don't think it is. 2vicious freestyle's design, logo, and photo are all copywrighted, but I don't think me putting that phrase itself is any type of infringment. Good lookin out tho, I'll shoot James a phone call and ask if thats a problem, but again, I'm not marketing their brand, their website, or any of their logos so I'm pretty sure its all good. Again tho, thanks for the heads up.

I agree, if ya want one lemme know. I'm not makin a backstock of hats or anything cause I'm just at ground level now doin this. I don't have the cash to do up a bunch of samples that may or may not sell. Thats why I'll use hats I do for references and examples. I'll try and get a compiled list of the fonts I can do and post them so you guys have a better idea of what you can choose from. Oh and FYI someone already asked, I don't have a graphitti font, sorry. Wish I did, that would be killer.

So are you saying I can't have a hat that says "It's Hot" because that totally bums me out.

 

I actually did a federal database search on it today to be completely sure, but it takes three days. As for James and Lauren, I dunno them personally, but I'm sure they're great people. Which is why I called him today to check but have yet to get a reply from my voicemail, hence my hold on makin another hat with that phrase on it just to be sure, tho I'm sure neither of them are gonna care about one hat bein made so far; if it is trademarked......and again, good lookin out.


As for anyone else wantin a hat, I'm still good to go, just no "clutch it up" phrases until I clear this slight confusion up....but clutch it, clutch one, clutch deez, or anything else involving you clutching something I think will be ok.

And as for the graphitti, and logos and such, I'm not that good with the software yet to convert things over to format with my software....yet. Like I said, I'm still new to this. In time tho, yes, I can hook you up on logos too.

Oh and Phatstud, I can make you one that says "Its Hot....to do wheelies" instead if you like.

Ok, no "clutch it up" hats. My federal data search did come back with a conflict and I'm sure someone down the road would be a tool somewhere and sue me for sellin a handful of hats so no more of that phrase. Clutch it, clutch one, and those others, I'm still good for or anything else you might wanna have done is gravy. And if you think its maybe trademarked, just hit me up and I'll search on it first to see since its a free service.
