We understand that sometimes plans fall through. We do not charge a change or cancel fee. However, this property (KNIGHTS INN & SUITES ALLENTOWN) imposes the following penalty to its customers that we are required to pass on: Cancellations or changes made after 12:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time (US & Canada)) on 09/18/2009 are subject to a 1 Night Room & Tax penalty. The property makes no refunds for no shows or early checkouts.
I also checked room rates for this weekend to see if we're just getting a cheap price for booking so far in advance or if the rooms are actually that cheap coz if they are that cheap we could just wait til that week and reserve rooms when we know the weather will be good and we're definitely going. That same hotel if we were to book it today for this Saturday is $89 but there are other hotels that on the low end are around $70. So to sum up this long *** post, Ima call the hotel tomorrow and see if we can reserve with no cancelation fees. If they say yeah then we'll book in advance to get cheap rooms. If they say that there is a cancellation fee then we could wait til the week of and find a place after checking the weather. Dam that was a long post
