sup guys, need your opinion on this...

I see some bikes with their plates taken off. I now understand why, nyc ticket police is ****ing nuts, I just got 3 tickets in 3 days. How likely is it to get your bike towed with no plate while parked? How much does it cost to get it back?

Any suggestion on avoiding getting tickets? I can't pay for parking. It's $200 a month for a parking space by my building, and that doesn't include parking at work!
