i sure did.... hahahaha its early for me i just got to work. and evidently just as I left the mall (the bank i work for is in the mall)yesterday mandees had an electrical fire and they evacuated the entire mall. I had no idea till this morning

Hey i will be back in town friday night hows the weather looking for saturday?I have got to do some rideing. Ive been at my mothers in idaho for a week stuck in the house with 3 feet of snow Hawaii was sick temp was 75-85 every day

AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE OPERATION OF CERTAIN "MINI-VEHICLES" ON HIGHWAYS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the operation of
mini-vehicles powered by a motor with a displacement of six hundred
sixty cubic centimeters or more on highways, excluding interstate
highways, if such vehicle meets all applicable federal and state safety
and emissions standards; that any such vehicle shall bear a safety
inspection certificate issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles; and
that any such authorization shall be contingent upon compliance with any
provisions necessary for the receipt of federal highway funds.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit the use of certain low-speed vehicles in Connecticut.
