Re: Calling aLL NY stunters and stunteresses
I'm gonna have to spend like a million bucks at the ******* dealership. I'm pretty sure my bike is out of warranty, and I can't get this clicking noise to go away. It's REALLY loud. The gixxer sounds like it's gonna blow up. I changed the oil, (couldn't get the filter off so I used the same one, but I doubt that really matters, the oil was ok to begin with). I made sure the exhaust was on tight too. The sound sounds like it's coming from all the way up near the top/middle part of the radiator, above the headers. Could it maybe be the plugs?

That is the whole point of an oil change..... Oil doesn't start loosing its viscosity for around 10k miles.. But the filter collects all the **** that gets trapped in the engine.. You would of been better off changing the filter only and leaving the oil... Truly a stupid thing you just typed toneth... For not a mechanically inclined person you typed that statement like a person who sounded like he knew what he was talking about..

Re: Calling aLL NY stunters and stunteresses
imo ff looks way better
thats my same debate. pretty much finished up my minty R6 build and its FF and filled with TONS a top of the line nasty parts!!!
problem is im still real sucky and after the first time out sunday (first time back on a 600cc stunter since august, and i only stunted them for about 9 months before that) so im re thinking the FF. i put it over on its sides and moved it around and it doesnt seem like much will hit other than the Atown cage, OMR pegs, and maybe the end of the bars....... im still debating on fender, tank, and tail or all out FF. if i keep it FF even if it doesnt hit when it drops it will prob still be in the back of my head holding me back
