Thats what it is - there's things where a cigarette just goes with it and those are the times I have the worst cravings. All good tho - eventually I wont be thinking about it as much

AA/NA slogan - this too shall pass. That goes for pretty much anything. Things are good - dont get happy coz this too shall pass. Things are bad - this shall pass lol. Cravings for whatever - this too shall pass haha. Works for pretty much anything. I love that I dont stink and feel a difference already.

Yeah... I could smell you from VA before. As as it sounds, I'm glad I haev a buddy that can help keep me strong and that I can be there for as we coth stop smoking, even if it is just over the internet

Just recently I started having that problem. When I drink now, it keeps me awake at night. I don't drink much anymore but when I have more than 1 or 2 drinks I sleep like **** now. Used to make me sleep like a baby.
