Second Offense: the violator must pay a fine of $2,500, plus any other applicable costs assessed for a moving violation. The person’s driver license must be revoked for a period of one year
Third Offense: the violator will be charged with a third degree felony, punishable as provided in ss. 775.082, 775.083, and 775.084, a mandatory fine of $5,000, and the driver license must be revoked for a period of ten years
same fines go for tag improperly affixed and A person who exceeds the speed limit in excess of 50 mph or more

It's different down here than other places because there are SOOO many tard baskets trying to clutch one up on major roadways. You have to think about how popular stunting got down here, and how long these cops have been chasing us around for. It's not like we're up North where you might see a wheelie once or twice a summer. Down here they have to deal with it every day, all day, for the last 5 years. It's not JUST stunt riders either - the custom and race bike scene is also huge and when those guys are ripping holeshots from stoplight to stoplight and slamming into Mini-vans full of tourists and killing families of 5 on a daily basis - can you really expect them to NOT get mad?
Bottom line - use a little common sense. Go find a back road or a parking lot to learn your skills. Don't be Jonny Bravo out on I-4 impeding 5 lanes of traffic or you're GOING TO GO TO JAIL and your bike WILL end up on a flatbed. End of Story.

Check all applicable state laws before making assumptions bro. In Fl parking lots which have "public access" (AKA a driveway that connects the lot to a marked road) carry the same road laws as the road itself. If a cop sees you doing it you can count on getting fucked with, your attitude has everything to do with whether or not you get a ticket or go to jail. We rock the lots here and the police usually don't give us **** because we remind them we are "taking it off the streets" they usually watch for a while then leave. Just have a great attitude, talk to them with respect and they will most likely leave you alone! Do it on the streets however and you're fair game! Don't like it? Don't know what to tell ya bro!

I think these new laws are going to be counter productive, because now when the average squid gets caught doing a wheelie he's gonna run for his *** when the 5-0 hits the lights.
You have to think about what's worse: A 75 mph wheelie? OR a 150 mph high speed through busy traffic excursion?
I bet deaths from Sport bikes jump in Florida now.
