when you clench your fists keep you thumb in tight. when you punch rotate your fist in. if you are punching with your left hand turn your fist slightly clockwise while you punch, if you are punching with your right turn your fist slightly counter-clockwise while you punch (you want your fist almost flat while throwing a straight punch).

dont stay stationary (move around), keep your eyes open and aim for their nose. ask your pops to buy you a punching bag to practice on.

the law here is really fucked up tho, like its almost unbeleavable.

recently a dairy owner (small convenice store i guess you might call them) got attacked by 2 guys with knives, he got stabbed 4 times, he grabed a hockey stick and beat them both up, pretty bad, he is getting charged for it.

You know there is something wrong with your country when the people getting assaulted get charged for it.

so we cant do anything here to defend ourselves or we get in trouble.

these video should give you a better idea of what im talking about.

if you cant get you hands on a punching bag, you can shadown box (practice punching the air or use a mirror and punch at yourself). when you do practice punching over your head since these guys are bigger than you.

DONT GO LOOKING FOR A FIGHT, IF THEY CONFRONT YOU, THEN DONT SAY ANYTHING, JUST PUNCH AND MAKE SURE YOU AIM FOR THE NOSE (this way if you miss you will hopefully still land one on their face). MOST OF ALL DONT GIVE UP.

if you loose, dont worry, they will think twice about messing with you because you werent an easy target and you defended yourself.
