they wont fit. the front wheel axle/bearing diameter is diff. you would have to bore out the bearing sleeve of the wheel and put in the other bearings etc. and the rear wheel is gonna be too wide as well. info relayed from johnnyp cuz i asked the same question not long ago.

So it's just and 05-07? 636 wheels that fit?
I heard 04-05 zx10 works if u use zx10 forks too.. and as far as the rear goes I'm not sure 1/2 inch would matter in a 03-04 swingarm but still up in the air on that.

and i tried the screwdriver on the castle nut... that thing doesn't want to come off. I will try some more tomorrow

pm r6-hooligan , im pretty sure he put an older zx 10 front wheel on his 636 , i think he had to get a set of bearings and he posted the part # but i don't remember where

You can put the 05-06 636 wheels on an 03-04 636...
and don't quote me on this because I'm not as up on information about the 10 as I would like to be, but I think it's the 04-05 ZX10R wheels that are the same as the 05-06 636. Same exact wheel from my understanding.

Yeah pretty sure thats it.. and I knew about the 05-06 636 wheels working... got them on my stunter right now.. just checking about the 07 zx10 wheels for my streeter

you could get some new bearings from a place like this. you would just need the o.d. measurement of the zx10 wheel and the i.d. measurement for the axle. and then the thickness of the bearing

Been there done that, and already have a ZX10 rim on one of my bikes.....Cost me $50 labour to bore out the fron rim bearing bores...

There is no such standard bearing available, to get the right size ID bearing for the 636 axle you need to bore out the bearing holes 2mm.....As the only standard bearings with that ID will have a OD 2mm larger then the bores in the 10 front rim(even if you find the right ID/OD, then the depth will be wrong). Even if you found or made a bearing, then the tube that goes between them still will not fit unless you bore out the holes...So again even if you could find a custom bearing with the right ID/OD, you will still need to bore the holes larger for the tube to fit....And the bearings will cost you more then its worth...
