Re: 05-06 636 SubFrames

i never had a problem on my 06. i keep the stock exhuast for my "12 bar" and it holds up really well and softens the blow that the sub takes. my 05 i did crack one side when i went to clutch out of a circle and hit the gas WAYYY too hard lol. i slammed into the exhaust real hard but if you dont gorilla scrape like i did then you shouldnt have a problem. then again i only weight 155lbs so that might add to my success.

Re: 05-06 636 SubFrames

the sub frames are garbage. im on my 2nd one already. i made bars that bolt at the end of the subframe and bolt to where the passenger peg brackets bolt to. 10 times better.

Re: 05-06 636 SubFrames

This is why I won't switch from the 03/04s, I hate the subframes and gas tanks

I would like to see crazy dans custom subframes.

I would imagine you would sell truck loads of them to stunters once they are done.

Re: 05-06 636 SubFrames

powers makes (subties) that bolt to the rear sets and go back to the rear pegs. broke 5 subframes untill i got them and never brake another after but they are made to run in conjunction with the powers subcage...

I had taken your advice before on keeping the stock pipe for added strength. Does work and works well. Have been practicing stall to jumps and I am murdering my subframe. I am not smooth at all.

Re: 05-06 636 SubFrames

Ive gone through 2 myself. I hate them! Made like ****!

The one on Tony' D's bike is sick but I heard the guy who made it wants a mint for them. Hello, we are stunters, ...if someone comes up with a one at a reasonable price, Im in!!

Re: 05-06 636 SubFrames

I heard you guys were asking about them. Sorry the website isn't up yet we've been swamped. It'll be up with all pictures and latest products VERY soon.

This is the 05-06 636 Subframe that C4-REVOLUTIONS is making now. Feel free to contact us at 407 617 0006. Thanks.

Re: 05-06 636 SubFrames

Where did you break this one, this time?

My friends always breaks at the rear, where the cast part bends and gets really thin. So when his last one broke there, I bent the cast part back down(the other side broke while I was doing that)....And welded a plate over top to prevent it from being able to bend up and snap....And its been good so far, but Im waiting for it to start giving on the sides next....

That aftermarket sub looks great, except for that skinny part at the back where my friends keeps breaking....I understand that steel not cast aluminum, but that still looks very weak to me.

Re: 05-06 636 SubFrames

talk to Dan Jackson and GURU they are rocking this sub after braking 8 stock subs Jackson made the call to C4-REVOLUTIOS and asked US to make this aftermarket sub for him. So we did and so far it works perfectly Like he said its the new hotness. Anyway you need to see it in person its stronger than it looks in the pics.
