Front end help needed

I have an 06 636 and with the handlebars straight the wheel is off center to the right a little. It also seems that the wheel turns more to the right then to the left. Is there anyway to check and see what i need. I'm thinking the lower tripple is tweaked. Is there anyway to verify. The forks look straight to the eye, but i know that can be misleading.

try jacking up the front of bike and loosen each fork tube to check for pressure/ missalignment. 1/16th inch at tree could be about an inch or so off at distance of tubes to wheel and bars.

9 times outta 10 if you just loosen everything up,straighten it,tighten bolts, it will be perfect

Re: Front end help needed

A lot of it is in ur head, working at bike shops ive ridden alot of new bikes off the show room floor, and to me they all look like their cocked to the right a little. I worked on my front end and tried to fix that by losing everything and have someone hold the front wheel and adjust the bars to get it as straight as possible with the wheel. But its still cocked to the right so i think its in my mind.

Re: Front end help needed

you can do 3 things....
first kinda like when a 50's front gets tweaked just loosen up every thing(helps to take off the front fender to see the tire better) align it all and tighten it back up

2) to check and see if the bottom clamp it tweaked take the wheel off jack the front end up and slide the fork tubes outa the top clamp...if you gotta tweak them to get them back in theres your answer......also while your front rims off check your axel on the sid eit doesnt roll good for piting and then check to see it both wheel bearing spin good

Something is deffinatly off. I was just wondering what are the odds of the forks being bent. I had an f3 before this and the forks bent fairly easily with a good shot but i hear the inverted forks are not the first component to get tweaked.
