Will 04-05 zx10 wheels fit on a 03-04 636 w/ just a spacer mod? I am sure you would have to use the 03-04 rotors on it.

No first of all the ZX10 rear rim is 6" wide, and the 636 is supposed to run a 5.5" wide rim....

And 2nd the zx10 front rim uses a smaller diameter axle, and the bearing bores are also smaller so you cant just swap bearings...I made a ZX10 front rim fit 636 bearings and it cost me $50 just to modify the rim to fit..

Thanks fellas. I just got chance to measure each one off of the bikes. Seems the outside diameter of the rear bearing on the 10 is smaller than the diameter of the 636. Also, as stated b/4, the diameter of the 10 axle is much smaller than the 636. Oh well, guess it's back to looking for newer 636 wheels again. If nothing else, maybe the thread will help someone else in the future.
