Our friend did it once to our bike , unfortunatly he is no longer with us, but I believe that you disconnect the green wire under the seat and just tape it off..... hope this helps, you are talking about the tip over sensor right?

you can't do that on honda's, you gotta take the outer two wires and tape them together and take the middle wire and tape it off . . . the tip sensor is mounted to the top of the headlight assembly . . .
