Re: N Memory Of Big John!
sorry to hear about your loss man.i hate to hear about losing ANY sportbike rider..as far as im concerned were all family no matter how much of a stranger you or the next guy may be to me. i lost one of my buddies my senior year of high school (06', seems so long ago) somebody cut him off on the highway while he was rocking a wheelie. there wasnt **** he could do about it . he didnt mean any harm to anybody he was just minding his own, doing what he loved the most, and just that fast..he was gone. we used to be best friends back in the day and as we got older..he moved away and went to a different school our senior year..but just knowing that you can be so close to somebody and then they can be gone in just the blink of an eye..it really makes you appreciate life itself. i say a prayer for him EVERY time i hop on my bike and ride and i will until the day i die. R.I.P.

May he rest in peace. I always hate hearing about any rider going down. Stunter or not, it's a common bond that we all have once we swing a leg over that seat. We just had a 19 year old kid, here in Lafayette, get ran over by a semi. It was his first bike. The kid bought the bike the day before and was sitting at a stop light and a semi right behind him started to roll forward in anticipation for the light to turn green ... didn't stop for about 200 feet. My thoughts go to your and your friends and his family.
