check tire pressure, check if top of fork tubes are level on tree, lift front of bike and loosen all for tree clamp bolts to see if there is more pressure on one fork than the other. i had that problem on my r6 after a drop from 12. if a rotor is bent it will shake too but you didnt describe pulsating brake. if all else fails, it really sounds like a shifted belt in tire. break the bead and spin it 180 degrees on wheel. all tires have high and low spots. its actually a common problem. balance will only vibrate a little.

The 07-08 600rr's are a pain in the ***! They have the weakest fork seals and too lower motor monts for cages and idle like a ****. Did I also mention the frame is worse than a suzuki! I'd **** it off and get the old f4i's or 636's if theres any left and forget about stuntin these newer bikes cos they're just too fragile. My

I have had a similar experience with my 07 zx(new). It would get wobbles between 40-50 only when I took my hands off the bars. Dealer check it over said it fine, still wasn't brought it back and they find that the steering column?(the shaft that goes through the frame(steering head?) wasn't tight enough, tightened and fixed.
